Thank you for shopping with Monique Design Art. Your satisfaction is important to me, and I want you to love your purchase.
Change of Mind
As all prints, posters, and canvas pieces are made to order, I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, I sincerely apologise. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order with the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
I will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Incorrect Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I will make it right as quickly as possible.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print partner and disposed of. Should you want another print or frame sent to an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our print partner and disposed of. Should you want another print or frame resent, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
