Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Monique Design Art! Because our products are made to order, we use a global network of local print studios to produce and ship your items. This keeps your shipping costs low, reduces transit times, and helps the planet by lowering carbon emissions.
⏱️ Production and Delivery Times
Every item is custom-printed just for you. Please note that our delivery timeline consists of Production Time + Shipping Time.
- Production Time: 1 to 4 business days.
- Standard Shipping (Domestic): 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
- Standard Shipping (International): 4 to 6 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping: Faster delivery options are available at checkout if you need your order urgently.
Note: Delivery times are estimates. Peak holiday seasons or customs processing may occasionally cause minor delays.
📦 Split Shipments
If you order different types of products (for example, a canvas and a rolled poster), they may be printed at different specialised print facilities.
- Your order may arrive in multiple packages at different times.
- You will receive a unique tracking number for each package at no extra cost to you.
🚚 Packaging and Carrier Information
We ensure your art is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit:
- Posters: Shipped in robust, protective tubes or triangular boxes.
- Framed Posters & Canvas: Packaged with protective edges and corrugated cardboard boxes designed for fragile art.
- We partner with over 60 trusted local couriers worldwide (such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, Australia Post, and Royal Mail) to deliver straight to your door or a local collection point.
📍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we will send you an email containing your tracking link. You can track your package's journey from our local print studio right to your doorstep.
❌ Address Changes and Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because our fulfilment system is fully automated, we cannot change the delivery address once production has started.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect it from a local post office, it will be securely disposed of by the courier.
- We cannot refund or reship orders that are returned or destroyed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. A new order will need to be placed at your expense.
⚠️ Damaged or Lost Items
We want you to love your art. If there is an issue with your delivery, we will make it right:
- Damaged in Transit: If your poster, frame, or canvas arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the product. Email them to us within 14 days of delivery, and we will arrange a free replacement.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking link shows no movement and your estimated delivery date has passed by more than 2 business days, please contact us. All claims for lost packages must be reported within 30 days of the original estimated delivery date so we can issue a free replacement.
